1、负责 App 内联盟广告、品牌广告、内容广告、达人广告及广告运营后台的产品规划、方案设计、需求输出与落地迭代，持续对齐行业大盘，完善平台广告产品能力；基于用户行为、市场趋势、竞品分析持续优化广告策略，平衡用户体验与变现目标，提升广告主 ROI 与平台收益； 2、理解广告技术底层链路，与研发、数据团队深度协作，参与技术方案沟通，完成广告产品开发对接、数据追踪、广告性能持续优化；定期开展广告业务数据分析，通过数据驱动产品与策略迭代，持续提升广告业务效益； 3、负责广告产品手册、业务规范梳理沉淀，赋能前端业务团队；结合垂类平台特性与市场机会，探索创新商业广告产品，打造商业化增量。

1、本科及以上学历，4 年以上互联网广告产品相关经验，有广告联盟、社交平台商业化广告经验优先，兼具营销业务视角优先；熟悉品牌、效果、联盟广告业务体系，具备较强数据分析能力，可基于数据挖掘业务价值，熟练使用 SQL 优先； 2、具备完整广告产品设计与落地经验，优秀商业敏感度，持续跟踪广告行业模式与市场变化； 3、理解广告基础技术逻辑，能够独立和研发对齐方案、推进功能落地；逻辑清晰，擅长定位问题、闭环解决； 4、优秀跨团队协同与项目管理能力，结果导向，情绪稳定，具备中长期商业化生态建设思维，善于提炼精简有效信息，支撑业务决策。
