职位要求： 1、本科及以上学历，2-3年活动运营、用户运营相关工作经验，有社交产品、内容社区、兴趣社群类产品经验者优先； 2、对多元人群的社交动机和参与偏好有足够理解，能从用户动机出发设计让用户愿意主动参与的活动玩法； 3、创意能力强，具备敏锐的社交洞察力，能将抽象的活动目标转化为可落地的创意方案； 4、逻辑清晰，结果导向，通过数据结果不断迭代方案； 5、沟通能力强，能高效协调产品、设计、研发、外部主理人等多方资源推进活动落地。
