Buscamos um(a) Marketing Specialist com experiência sólida em marketing digital para apoiar a execução e coordenação de campanhas voltadas ao mercado norte-americano.

Embora esta seja uma posição de nível assistente, buscamos um profissional com base técnica consistente, capaz de atuar com autonomia operacional, organização rigorosa e suporte estratégico à liderança de marketing.

O que você fará

Suporte à Gestão de Projetos de Marketing

  • Apoiar a execução de campanhas digitais end-to-end;
  • Auxiliar na organização de escopos, cronogramas e KPIs;
  • Atualizar ferramentas de gestão (Asana, ClickUp, Jira ou Trello);
  • Acompanhar entregáveis criativos e prazos.

Coordenação Operacional

  • Dar suporte à comunicação entre designers, copywriters, gestores de tráfego e desenvolvedores;
  • Garantir organização de briefings, assets e documentações;
  • Apoiar na preparação de relatórios de status e apresentações.

Monitoramento de Performance

  • Coletar e organizar métricas de campanhas (paid media, social, e-mail, SEO);
  • Apoiar a análise de KPIs;
  • Identificar possíveis riscos operacionais e comunicar à liderança.

Comunicação e Suporte a Stakeholders

  • Participar de reuniões internas e, quando necessário, com clientes;
  • Preparar resumos e acompanhar follow-ups;
  • Garantir alinhamento entre equipes.

O que buscamos

  • Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência em marketing digital ou ambiente de agência;
  • Experiência gerenciando múltiplas tarefas simultaneamente;
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de gestão de projetos;
  • Conhecimento funcional de canais digitais (social, paid, e-mail, SEO, landing pages);
  • Inglês avançado ou fluente (participação em reuniões e comunicação escrita);
  • Forte organização e atenção a detalhes;
  • Capacidade de trabalhar remotamente com autonomia.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência prévia em agências ou startups;
  • Vivência com clientes internacionais;
  • Conhecimento em dashboards e relatórios de performance;
  • Certificações em marketing digital ou project management.
