A Bluedot BPO está buscando um(a) Assistente de Recrutamento para apoiar operações de recrutamento voltadas ao mercado norte-americano. Procuramos um profissional organizado, comunicativo e proativo, com inglês fluente e interesse em desenvolver uma carreira internacional na área de Talent Acquisition.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Apoiar processos de recrutamento para empresas norte-americanas;
  • Realizar sourcing de candidatos em LinkedIn, bancos de currículos e outras plataformas;
  • Fazer triagem inicial de candidatos e validação de interesse, disponibilidade e qualificações;
  • Agendar e conduzir entrevistas iniciais;
  • Atualizar ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter e sistemas internos;
  • Auxiliar na criação e atualização de descrições de vagas;
  • Organizar pipelines de candidatos e garantir a qualidade das informações registradas;
  • Apoiar atividades administrativas relacionadas ao recrutamento.

Requisitos

  • Inglês fluente (C1 ou superior);
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Experiência prévia em recrutamento, seleção ou áreas correlatas;
  • Excelente organização e capacidade de gerenciar múltiplas tarefas;
  • Perfil proativo, detalhista e orientado a resultados;
  • Capacidade de trabalhar remotamente com autonomia;
  • Residir no Brasil.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência prévia em recrutamento ou Talent Acquisition;
  • Conhecimento em LinkedIn Recruiter, Dynamics ou outros ATS;
  • Experiência com sourcing ativo (hunting) de candidatos;
  • Vivência em recrutamento para empresas internacionais;
  • Capacidade de atuar com vagas de alto volume e posições estratégicas.  

Requisitos Técnicos

  • Computador ou notebook com bom desempenho;
  • Processador i5/i7 ou equivalente;
  • Mínimo de 12GB de RAM;
  • Internet de alta velocidade;
  • Headset profissional;
  • Dois monitores;
  • Ambiente de trabalho silencioso e estruturado.
