A BM VAGAS em parceria com empresa do segmento de logística seleciona Assistente de Frotas na cidade de Manhuaçu-MG.

Responsabilidades

  • Monitorar e controlar a validade dos documentos obrigatórios da frota e dos motoristas (licenciamento, IPVA, seguros, inspeções, multas e demais registros), garantindo conformidade legal e mitigação de riscos operacionais.
  • Atuar preventivamente no controle de contratos ativos, acompanhando prazos, medições, valores e documentação vinculada, assegurando conformidade contratual e precisão das informações.
  • Executar e acompanhar os processos de admissão (adesão) e desligamento de cooperados, incluindo preenchimento de atos, coleta de assinaturas, formalização de documentos e apuração de cotas-partes.
  • Realizar a gestão de reembolso de pedágios, incluindo coleta de comprovantes, conferência com relatórios operacionais (parte diária), lançamento em sistema e envio para faturamento.
  • Administrar as TAGs de pedágio da frota própria (inclusões, cancelamentos e atualizações cadastrais).
  • Conferir faturas de locadoras (medição versus valores faturados), validando informações, realizando lançamentos sistêmicos e encaminhando para pagamento.
  • Controlar rastreadores veiculares (ativação, desativação, manutenção e faturamento), garantindo alinhamento com fornecedores e operação.
  • Elaborar e validar fichas cadastrais de Pessoas Físicas (cooperados e dependentes), assegurando integridade das informações e envio à contabilidade para fins tributários.
  • Realizar lançamentos financeiros (contas a pagar e a receber), conferência de notas fiscais, apoio em conciliações e controle financeiro de contratos.
  • Manter planilhas gerenciais, sistemas de controle e bases de dados atualizados, garantindo rastreabilidade das informações e organização de arquivos físicos e digitais.
  • Prestar suporte às áreas administrativa, operacional e financeira.
  • Assegurar a regularidade documental e operacional da frota junto aos órgãos reguladores, como o DER/MG, garantindo conformidade com a legislação vigente e continuidade das operações.

Requisitos

  • Experiência em rotinas administrativas de transporte, controle de documentos veiculares, financeiro (contas a pagar e receber) ou secretariado.
  • Ensino Médio completo.
  • Superior cursando em Administração, Direito ou áreas correlatas (diferencial).
  • Pacote Office (Excel intermediário para controle e análise de planilhas).
  • Desejável conhecimento em Power BI.
  • Conhecimento básico da legislação de trânsito.
  • Habilidade com sistemas de gestão integrada.
  • CNH categoria B.
