  • Salaris op basis van kennis en ervaring, conform de Hibin cao. Deze functie valt in schaal 7.
  • 37 vakantiedagen: 25 vakantiedagen en 12 atv-dagen bij een fulltime dienstverband. De atv-dagen kun je inzetten voor extra vrije tijd of (deels) laten uitbetalen.
  • 8% vakantiegeld, naar keuze jaarlijks of maandelijks uit te laten keren.
  • Reiskostenvergoeding vanaf 10 kilometer tot maximaal 25 kilometer (enkele reis).
  • Goede pensioenvoorziening.
  • Medewerkerskorting op bouwmaterialen. Handig als je zelf aan het klussen bent.

Je bent een ondernemende adviseur die snel begrijpt waar de klant naar op zoek is. Je durft de telefoon op te pakken, bent communicatief sterk en weet klanten aan je te binden met jouw duidelijke en vriendelijke aanpak. Daarnaast heb je:

  • Een commerciële mindset en de drive om kansen te signaleren en te benutten.
  • Ervaring met verkoop en/of klantenservice is een pré.
