Binnen een betrokken team krijg je veel verantwoordelijkheid en de ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor particuliere en zakelijke klanten. Je combineert klantgericht advies met een zorgvuldige administratieve afhandeling en begeleidt klanten van A tot Z. Dankzij jouw afwisselende werkzaamheden schakel je moeiteloos tussen klantcontact, administratieve werkzaamheden en het adviseren over passende verzekeringsoplossingen.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

  • Adviseren van particuliere en zakelijke klanten over passende verzekeringen;
  • Beoordelen van polisdekkingen en afstemmen met verzekeraars, experts en andere betrokken partijen;
  • Opstellen, vergelijken en uitwerken van offertes voor schadeverzekeringen;
  • Onderhouden van telefonisch en schriftelijk contact met klanten en verzekeraars;
  • Signaleren van commerciële kansen en meedenken over passende verzekeringsoplossingen;
  • Samenwerken met collega's en actief bijdragen aan het verbeteren van processen en de dienstverlening.

Wat bieden ze jou?

  • Bruto maandsalaris vanaf €2.900 tot €4.000,- o.b.v. 40 uur;

Wat verwachten ze?

  • Minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring binnen de verzekeringen;
  • Je hebt de diploma’s Wft Basis, Wft Schade Particulier en je bent bereid Wft Schade Zakelijk te gaan halen;

  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en denkt in oplossingen.
