Unser Mandant: Unser Ziel ist es, die Mobilität im Rhein-Main-Gebiet nachhaltig zu verbessern. In Zusammenarbeit mit öffentlichen und privaten Partnern sind wir für die Planung und den Bau großer Schieneninfrastrukturprojekte in der Region zuständig und leisten so einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Verkehrswende. Das Projekt wird durch den Bund, das Land Hessen sowie die EU gefördert. Um unser Team im Rechnungswesen zu verstärken, möchten wir nun eine Persönlichkeit wie Sie gewinnen.

Ihre Aufgabe: Nach einer fokussierten Einarbeitung übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für die Anlagenbuchhaltung in unserem Unternehmen. Zunächst erfassen Sie in der derzeit laufenden Realisierungsphase die im Bau befindlichen Anlagen. Hierzu stimmen Sie sich auch mit Projektbeteiligten ab, um sich einen Überblick zu verschaffen. Sie buchen Anlagenzu- und -abgänge sowie Investitionszuschüsse und stimmen Konten ab. Zudem schaffen Sie Prozesse und Workflows in Abstimmung mit anderen Abteilungen, um die zukünftige Aktivierung der Anlage während der Inbetriebnahme vorzubereiten und entsprechende Abschreibungen zu ermitteln. Außerdem wirken Sie bei Anlageninventuren, Abschlüssen, Reports und der Budgetplanung mit. Entscheidend für Ihren Erfolg ist Ihre Fähigkeit, eine sorgfältige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Maß an Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit zu verbinden.
