Ihre Aufgabe: Nach einer fokussierten Einarbeitung steigen Sie schnell ein und übernehmen nach und nach Verantwortung. Sie arbeiten an der Entwicklung und Einführung von neuen Herstellungsverfahren und Produkten aus verschiedenen Materialien und an der Weiterführung bereits bestehender Extrusionsverfahren, Baugruppen und Systeme im Bereich Filamente und High Performance Kunststoffe. Sie fahren und begleiten Versuchsreihen an der Anlage, passen Parameter an, machen Auswertungen und realisieren so Ihre Projekte bis hin zur Fertigungsüberleitung in die Serienproduktion. Dabei stimmen Sie sich Sie eng mit den Werkstätten, den einzelnen Abteilungen, Kunden und Lieferanten ab und bringen Ihr Verfahrens-Know-how in die Prozess-Optimierung ein. Auch bei Zukunftsthemen wie Circular Economy ist Ihr praktischer Blick gefragt. In Ihrer Funktion berichten an den Abteilungsleiter.
