Vos missions

En tant que Conseiller(ère) Clientèle Francophone, vous serez l'interlocuteur(trice) privilégié(e) des clients et veillerez à leur offrir une assistance claire, efficace et professionnelle.

Vos principales responsabilités :

  • Accompagner les clients francophones dans leurs demandes concernant les services liés à l'énergie.
  • Fournir des informations précises et des conseils adaptés à chaque situation.
  • Traiter les demandes des clients et proposer des solutions efficaces.
  • Assurer une communication professionnelle et une expérience client positive.
  • Gérer les interactions avec les clients dans le respect des procédures établies.
  • Contribuer à la qualité et à la fluidité du service.

Votre profil

Nous recherchons des personnes qui aiment communiquer, aider les autres et évoluer dans un environnement orienté client.

Les critères recherchés :

  • Maîtrise courante du français, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
  • Bonnes compétences en communication et en relationnel.
  • Sens du service et orientation client.
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique.
  • Disponibilité pour travailler selon un planning rotatif, du lundi au samedi.
  • Disponibilité pour travailler sur site à Porto.
  • Une première expérience en service client constitue un avantage.

Détails

Salaire de base: 953 € - 1200 brut × 14 mois

Prime de productivité garantie: 100 € brut/mois pendant les 6 premiers mois

Prime d'assiduité: 25 €/mois

Indemnité repas environ 126 €/mois, versés en espèces
