岗位职责： 负责公司级投放产品的规划与迭代，围绕投放效率、数据分析效率、风险预警能力和批量操作能力，建设面向业务增长的智能投放工作台。 推动投放数据能力、MCP 工具与内嵌看板在产品中落地，提升多业务场景下的看数、分析和决策效率，减少低价值定制报表建设。 负责投放端 AI 能力建设，围绕盯盘监控、预算风险、异常波动、消耗节奏等场景，提升投放问题发现、诊断和响应效率。 推进自然语言交互和批量操作能力建设，降低投放人员在查数、调整预算、修改计划、投放管理等高频场景下的操作成本。 建设素材侧标准化标签和分析基础能力，支持素材复盘、策略优化及后续智能化投放能力建设。 任职要求： 本科及以上学历，3年以上投放产品、增长产品、商业化产品、营销技术产品或数据产品经验，有公司级平台型产品建设经验优先。 熟悉国内效果广告投放链路，理解计划、单元、创意、定向、出价、预算、转化回传、归因、ROI 等核心模块和指标。 具备较强的数据理解和产品抽象能力，能够判断业务需求应通过数据能力、工具能力、看板能力还是产品主流程解决。 对 AI 在投放场景中的应用有认知，理解盯盘、预警、诊断、批量操作、策略执行等投放端 AI 场景的产品价值。 具备良好的跨团队协作和项目推进能力，能与投放、运营、数据、算法、研发等团队协同推进复杂项目落地。
