岗位职责： 1. 参与中大型网络游服务器架构开发落地; 2. 老项目服务器重构、技术升级、日常维护等工作; 3. 保证服务端的稳定性、可扩展性、安全性和研发效率；

任职要求: 1. 本科以上学历，985/211学历优先，1-5年及以上服务端开发经验； 2. 精通C/C++/Java/Go其中一种语言，精通linux环境； 3. 精通多线程、多进程、socket、数据库等相关技术； 4. 具有很强的架构能力，具备服务器性能及代码性能优化能力，具备高并发流量下的请求处理经验； 5. 有过大型网络游戏服务器架构经验优先； 6. 热爱游戏开发，高度的工作责任心，思维严谨，逻辑清晰，注重工作效率，具备技术难点攻关能力。
