岗位职责 1.独立负责海外棋牌、捕鱼等游戏产品在各个阶段的买量素材制作，能够独立完成从创意脚本构思、AI生成视频素材、到After Effects后期合成包装的全过程，对产出的素材质量及转化效果负责。 2.深度集成 可灵、即梦、Lovart、Nano Banana 等前沿AI工具，为团队搭建一套覆盖全产品线的AI工业化生产管线，解决海外素材需求量大、迭代快的痛点。 3.负责组内AI技术的培训与推广，将个人总结的提示词技巧、控制模型方法及自动化流转经验形成标准化文档，带动团队整体生产力转型。 4.深度研究东南亚、港澳台等市场的棋牌及捕鱼用户行为，利用AI快速尝试不同的视觉钩子和叙事逻辑；针对点击率、转化率及获客成本等核心指标进行素材复盘与二次创作。 5.追踪 TikTok、Facebook、YouTube 等海外渠道的爆款趋势，利用AI工具链快速复刻并升级竞品表现形式，确保我们在海外市场的视觉竞争优势。 任职要求 1.1年及以上买量经验和AI工作流经验。具有海外棋牌、捕鱼类产品经验、或有成熟的海外游戏出海项目经验，熟悉当地玩家的审美偏好与买量心理者优先。 2.熟练使用 可灵、即梦 等视频生成工具，能精准解决视频连贯性、动态细腻度等硬核问题。 3.熟悉AI的工作流应用，能够通过技术手段（如提示词工程、参数调优）实现素材的批量化与高品质产出。 4.对买量数据敏感，能通过分析数据反馈持续优化素材。具备抗压能力和自驱力，曾在过往岗位中打造过行业公认的爆款素材者优先。 5.熟练使用 After Effects 等视频包装工具。具备后期加工能力，能将AI素材与动效、音效、UI设计完美融合，做出有数据结果的买量落地视频。 6.具备良好的逻辑总结与沟通能力，能够将复杂的AI操作简化为可复制的教学案例，帮助团队实现AI工作流的普及。
