岗位职责: 1.负责带领海外团队完成短剧正片剪辑工作与投流素材生产工作，提升团队产出内容的效率与质量 2.统筹监督短剧正片的制作，包括剪辑、特效、配乐、调色等，按规范输出符合要求的成片。完成前十余集的精剪，对作品的长留数据负责 3.与投放协作，带领海外团队依据作品卖点高效产出投流素材，定期对素材投放数据进行分析总结，提出优化方向。 4.快速响应并合理安排项目所需素材的输出与制作,。

任职要求: 1、1年以上短剧剪辑相关工作经验，有信息流素材剪辑经验优先; 2、英语四级； 3、具有良好的执行能力、沟通能力，熟练使用各类图像制作/视频剪辑软件,保质保量完成每日需求; 4、优秀的视觉设计与审美能力,能有效的将想法落地为剪辑结果; 5、数据驱动的工作思维； 6、良好的团队协作意识与进取心。
