岗位定位： 负责推动策划、运营、研发、美术之间的AI工作流标准化建设，将策划和运营的业务想法转化为研发可直接理解、AI可直接处理的规范化输入，降低需求沟通和返工成本，提升整体产研交付效率。 岗位职责： 1、负责策划、运营方案的AI标准化流程建设，能够结合业务目标判断当前流程中的核心问题，并设计可落地的解决方案； 2、建立并持续优化方案模板、术语规范、Prompt/Skill、案例库和验收标准，提升需求表达质量，减少研发反复沟通和返工； 3、协同策划、运营、研发、美术、测试等团队，打通“方案设计—研发实现—资源配置—测试验收”的完整产研流程，推动AI能力嵌入实际工作流； 4、结合项目实际业务场景，沉淀可复用的AI工作流规范，并持续评估其对交付周期、需求质量、BUG率和研发效率的改善效果，后续可承担小组搭建、任务拆分和成员培养工作。 任职资格： 1、具备AI工作流、技术策划、研发流程优化或策划案标准化相关落地经验，要求真正参与过“方案规范—工具/模板建设—跨团队使用—结果验证”的完整过程，并取得明确正向结果； 2、具备游戏研发或互联网产品相关经验，熟悉从需求设计、方案评审、研发实现到测试验收的完整流程，能够理解策划、运营、研发、美术、测试等不同角色的协作方式； 3、具备较强的问题判断、结构化拆解和方案设计能力，不只是执行既有模板，而是能够主动识别流程问题、提出优化方案，并推动跨团队落地； 4、熟悉 ChatGPT、Cursor、Claude、Gemini、Agent、知识库、Prompt 等AI工具，有AI工具在需求拆解、研发协作、测试用例、内容生产或流程自动化中实际落地经验者优先。
