岗位职责（对外） 1、行业薪酬与激励信息研究，输出内部可用参考 - 持续收集、整理、研究互联网/游戏行业对标公司的薪酬结构、薪资区间、职级对应薪酬、奖金分配、激励规则等公开信息； - 将零散的外部行业信息做自动化整合，梳理为适配我司岗位、职级、人员场景的参考数据，支撑内部调薪、年终奖核算、定级定薪工作。 2、轻量化AI赋能薪酬&用工运营管理 - 基于内外部工具，结合AI能力优化人员管理台账，搭建外包人员信息、履约、台账的自动化整理与维护方式； - 通过轻量化AI工具减少重复性整理、汇总、更新工作，提升薪酬、人事运营、外包管理的运营效率。 3、政策类信息常态化更新与内部同步 - 跟进各地社保、个税、人事相关官方政策动态，通过自动化工具做信息筛选、汇总与变化识别； - 及时同步有效政策变更，沉淀为内部HR可用的政策知识库，保障用工、薪酬合规性。 4、内部薪酬数据可视化与落地应用 - 将外部对标薪酬数据、职级薪资参考，落地应用到内部调薪、年终奖的系统场景中； - 整理常规薪酬问答、操作规则、流程标准，沉淀AI知识库，支撑团队日常答疑提效。

任职要求 - 本科及以上学历，1-3年薪酬、SSC、人力数据相关经验； - 熟悉基础薪酬核算、奖金、职级薪资逻辑，理解人力台账、信息管理基本流程； - 日常会主动研究、使用AI工具优化工作，有通过AI整理资料、自动汇总、信息筛选、台账优化的实操经验； - 具备良好的信息搜集、梳理、总结能力，能把零散外部信息转化为内部可用的标准化内容； - 自驱力强，愿意在0-1阶段摸索试错，接受业务方向逐步迭代，踏实落地、不空谈； - 做事细致、有合规意识，对数据、政策、薪酬信息敏感度高。
