岗位职责 1. 负责海外 IAA 游戏项目中的算法能力建设，结合玩家行为数据，探索算法在游戏内容、玩法体验及商业化场景中的应用； 2. 围绕玩家画像、行为预测、内容推荐、策略匹配等方向进行算法设计与模型优化，提升玩家留存、活跃及整体游戏体验； 3. 深入理解游戏玩法及玩家行为，结合不同用户特征，对游戏内容、难度、节奏、活动及相关策略进行个性化优化； 4. 与发行团队协作，结合投放渠道、用户来源、素材及用户质量等数据，分析不同用户群体特征，并反向优化游戏内容及产品策略； 5. 与策划、产品、客户端、服务端及数据团队共同推进算法方案落地，完成从问题定义、数据分析、模型设计到线上验证的完整闭环； 6. 建立算法效果评估体系，通过数据分析、A/B Test 等方式持续验证和优化算法效果； 7. 跟进机器学习、推荐系统、强化学习及生成式 AI 等技术发展，探索其在游戏玩法、内容生产及玩家体验优化中的应用。 岗位要求 1. 计算机、人工智能、数学、统计学等相关专业本科及以上学历； 2. 具备扎实的机器学习、深度学习基础，熟悉分类、回归、排序、推荐、预测等常见算法； 3. 熟练使用 Python，熟悉 PyTorch、TensorFlow 等主流机器学习/深度学习框架加分； 4. 具备较好的数据分析及建模能力，能够基于用户行为数据完成特征分析、模型构建及效果验证； 5. 对游戏产品具有较强兴趣和理解意愿，能够将算法问题与实际游戏体验、玩法及业务目标结合； 6. 具备较好的问题拆解及跨团队协作能力，能够与研发、发行等角色共同推动算法方案落地。
