岗位职责： 1. 支持公司游戏业务在研发、发行、联运、渠道合作、广告投放等各环节的法律需求，要求交付及时、判断准确、方案合理，例如新玩法/新地区相关的评估与调研、合同审核与模板制作、游戏产品评估、广告素材评估、IP联运活动审核等； 2. 妥善处理游戏玩家投诉及纠纷，合理应对监管调查，过程中能准确判断核心问题、适配合理方案，维护公司形象； 3. 主动进行市场观察和调研，跟踪和分析行业情况、竞品动态、监管政策、渠道规则，动态把控业务的风险水位，提供多样化风险处置方案； 4. 与业务团队保持高效沟通，准确理解需求，重大项目保障及时介入和有效交付； 5. 与其他法务团队或跨部门职能团队保持联动，就日常法务支持过程中发现的重大法律问题或潜在风险进行高效协同和推进，实现对业务的助力和风险防范，能有效平衡业务目标的实现和风险的分类处置； 6. 梳理游戏合规相关内部制度，沉淀相关案例，完善合规体系； 7. 有能力独立提供专业法律培训或进行合规意识宣导； 8. 领导交办的其他工作。

任职资格： 1. 全日制本科及以上学历，三年以上游戏行业甲方法务工作经验； 2. 熟悉游戏研发、发行、联运合作模式，熟悉各游戏平台的上架规则与政策，有小游戏平台、C端产品法律经验或者有海外游戏运营法律服务经验者优先； 3. 熟练掌握游戏行业或互联网行业法律法规及监管规范性文件，如知识产权、数据合规等； 4. 专业功底深厚，具备体系化法律思维，学习能力强，能快速、准确理解业务需求并高质量交付； 5. 工作积极主动，有优秀的沟通协调能力和项目管理能力，抗压能力强； 6. 具有优秀的英语听说读写能力，英语能作为工作语言； 7. 善于配合与沉淀，是优秀的团队合作者。
