岗位职责： 1. 根据市场和项目需求，负责H5游戏客户端开发，研发满足玩家期望的产品； 2. 负责充分理解策划的需求，并不断提出改善建议并实施优化方案的修改，独立完成前后端解决方案的制定； 3. 负责对接美术制作过程中的细节要求，实现相关功能的代码编码、测试和发布； 4. 结合知识储备和技术趋势，总结并完成相关技术类文档的制作，协助培养新晋工程师的成长。

任职要求: 1. 全日制统招本科或以上学历，计算机相关专业，985/211或海外留学经验优先； 2. 有Egret/Layabox项目经验，且0-1核心参与一款小游戏的开发并上线; 3. 对H5游戏的性能优化有独立的见解，熟悉微信小游戏API； 4. 熟悉spring+struts2+ibatis，了解memcached、memcacheq、redis，有高并发处理经验； 5. 逻辑思维清晰，沟通能力强，极具责任心，抗压能力强； 6. 熟悉unity3d是加分项。
