岗位职责： 1. 了解市场和项目需求，负责H5游戏客户端，研发满足玩家期望的产品； 2. 充分理解策划的需求，不断提出改善建议并实施优化方案的修改，并独立完成客户端解决方案； 3. 负责对接美术制作过程中的细节要求，实现相关功能的代码编码、测试和发布； 4. 结合知识储备和技术趋势，总结并完成相关技术类文档的制作，协助培养新晋工程师的成长。

任职资格: 1. 全日制统招本科或以上学历，计算机相关专业，985/211或海外留学经验优先； 2. 有担任2个及以上Cocos Creater/Egret/Layabox项目的主程经验，对H5游戏的性能优化有独立的见解，有参与海外发行项目经验优先； 3. 有负责修改、优化Cocos Creater底层，熟悉C++，Object-C等经验者优先； 4. 逻辑思维清晰，沟通能力强，极具责任心，抗压能力强；
