岗位职责： 1. 负责休闲小游戏客户端整体架构设计、技术方案选型与落地，主导 Cocos Creator 项目从 0 到 1 全流程开发。 2. 搭建项目基础框架、资源管理、UI 框架、动画 / 特效、网络通信、热更新、分包加载等核心底层模块。 3. 主导核心玩法、平台核心系统等业务开发，把控代码质量、性能与工程规范。 4. 负责游戏性能优化（帧率、内存、包体、卡顿、资源加载）、多机型适配、兼容性问题排查与解决。 5. 制定团队开发规范、编码规范、资源规范、版本管理规范，带领客户端开发小组，进行任务拆解、技术评审、代码 Review。 6. 对接策划、美术、服务端，拆解需求并输出技术文档，解决开发、测试、上线全流程技术疑难问题。 7. 跟进 Cocos Creator 新版本特性、行业前沿游戏技术，推动项目技术迭代与工具链优化。

任职资格: 1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，985或211优先。 2. 拥有 6 年以上 Cocos Creator 游戏开发经验，深度掌握引擎架构，有0到1的成功项目经验，对引擎底层代码有优化经验者优先。 3. 精通 TypeScript（TS），熟悉面向对象编程和设计模式（有熟悉cocos2dx引擎、C++语言者优先）。 4. 精通游戏热更新、资源管理、游戏性能调优、跨平台打包（安卓 /iOS）。 5. 逻辑思维清晰，善于沟通；对游戏行业充满热情，关注行业动态，有责任心和抗压能力强。 6. 具备AI工具/AI Agent的实际应用经验者优先，能将其融入日常工作流程提升效率与交付质量。
