岗位职责： 1.重点海外主体全链路运维管理 全权负责所辖海外主体月度核算、关账管控，持续跟进账务异常，保障账务质量 作为对外统一接口，对接海外事务所、审计、税务顾问、银行等外部机构 统筹落地年度审计、按期税务申报、属地合规备案、经济实质维护等全量事项 搭建并更新主体风险台账，全程跟踪整改，推动各类财税合规风险闭环 联动业务团队，基于主体资质与属地规则，输出业务、收付款、跨境交易准入判断依据 2.海外财税合规体系与标准化沉淀 梳理各国属地监管要求，搭建海外主体合规义务清单、年度合规运营日历 统筹建立审计、税务申报、外部事务所全流程标准化管理机制 分主体制定业务承接、资金收付、广告投放、跨境交易的标准化判断规则 优化海外核算系统，打通入账数据链路，提升账务自动化与标准化水平 3.新项目前置财税风控与常态化复盘 前置参与新业务、支付通道、海外投资、股权进退等项目，开展财税合规评估 落地海外主体风险可视化管理，组织月度、季度风险复盘，持续优化风控体系

任职要求： 1.基础要求 本科及以上，财务、会计、税务、审计相关专业，财务专业功底扎实 英文听说读写流利无障碍，可独立完成文档撰写、跨部门汇报、外部沟通 可独立全盘承接海外主体全周期管理工作，具备多方协同、风险闭环推进能力 2.专业能力加分项 拥有互联网、游戏、跨境出海企业相关工作经验优先 海外审计、跨境税务、境外主体合规实操经验深厚，可独立对接外部第三方机构 3.核心能力特质 风险敏感度高，能够主动识别、前置规避海外财税合规隐患 具备框架搭建能力，擅长将零散工作梳理沉淀为标准化规则、流程与长效机制 逻辑统筹能力强，可并行推进主体运维、体系搭建、项目评估、风险复盘多项工作
