【岗位职责】 1. 能够跟随公司节奏，结合业务部门发展目标，准确、顺畅落地如目标管理、晋升调薪等管理机制； 2. 深入业务一线，运用更为专业、全面的HR视角，主动识别在业务发展过程中存在的组织、文化、人才等方面的管理风险，能提出切实可行的解决方案； 3. 主动关注行业动向，竞争对手在经营、管理上的变化，主动引入外部视角，反哺业务； 4. 主动搭建管理层与员工之间的沟通桥梁，在团队内部建立起多样化的沟通渠道，保证组织中信息畅通无阻。

【任职要求】 1. 全日制本科及以上学历，3年以上HRBP经验，游戏、互联网、猎头从业经验者优先； 2. 了解人力资源各模块的基本工作，有梯队搭建、领导力发展、组织文化建设、目标管理等相关经验者优先； 3. 自我驱动，有良好的学习力； 4. 结果导向，主动发现问题的同时，能积极主动找寻解法，尝试整合周围资源实现目标； 5. 逻辑能力好，擅长倾听，沟通上真诚、简单、高效。
