The posting

岗位职责： 1. 负责游戏活动、礼包、充值、道具发放、统计上报等运营业务功能的服务端开发、联调、自测与上线支持。 2. 熟悉 Java 服务端应用开发，了解常见 Java Web 框架的基本理念（如依赖注入、请求路由）；能快速上手项目自研的基于 HTTP 的二进制消息框架。 3. 独立完成中等复杂度需求的分析、方案设计与编码实现；对复杂需求能在指导下给出贴合现有架构、可落地的技术方案。 4. 与策划、客户端、测试、运维等角色协作推进版本交付，按团队规范输出功能说明、配置说明或变更记录。 5. 参与线上问题排查，包括日志分析、异常定位、配置核查、数据核查和修复方案执行。 6. 续改进负责模块的代码质量与关键链路效率，包括活动配置复用、充值发奖链路治理、SQL 优化、缓存使用优化、日志与排查能力完善等。

任职要求： 1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先。 2. 具备 2 年及以上 Java 服务端业务开发经验，有游戏服务端、运营活动、支付、礼包开发经验者优先。 3. 熟悉 Java 服务端开发基本模式，理解请求处理、参数校验、异常处理、日志记录、配置加载等常见机制。 4. 能快速上手项目现有服务端框架与消息协议，理解在既有框架约束下进行业务扩展、联调排查和线上问题定位的方法。 5. 熟悉 MySQL 或 Oracle 等关系型数据库，能编写常见业务 SQL，了解事务、索引、慢查询等基础优化手段。 6. 熟悉 Redis 常见使用场景，理解缓存、计数、限时数据、活动状态等基础用法。 7. 具备基本的线上问题排查能力（日志分析、异常定位、数据核查），能在指导下快速响应线上问题。 8. 具备良好的跨角色沟通能力与责任心，能适应版本迭代节奏；乐于团队内分享与知识沉淀者优先。

加分项： - 有游戏或互联网行业活动运营、礼包充值等业务开发经验。 - 理解幂等、并发控制、数据一致性、灰度发布、回滚预案等线上稳定性设计。 - 有模块重构、性能优化、线上故障复盘或工具化提效经验。 - 具备 AI 工具使用意识，能在代码理解、方案梳理、问题排查、文档沉淀等场景中合理使用 AI 提升研发效率者优先。
