The posting

岗位职责 1、参与公司人力资源信息化系统（覆盖招聘、入职、考勤、薪酬、绩效等 HR 全场景模块）的需求分析、设计、编码、测试和上线维护全流程； 2、负责 HR 系统核心模块（如薪酬核算、考勤统计、绩效考核等）的代码编写与持续优化，确保代码质量、性能、安全性和可维护性，解决复杂人事业务场景下的技术难题； 3、与 HR 业务部门、产品经理紧密沟通，准确理解人事业务流程与政策规则，并将其转化为可落地的技术方案； 4、负责现有 HR 系统的迭代升级和性能优化，修复系统缺陷，保障月度算薪、年度绩效等高时效业务场景下系统稳定运行； 5、编写和维护相关技术文档（设计文档、API 接口文档等），推动人事系统与统一权限中心、流程引擎、OA、财务等内部信息化系统的集成对接。 岗位要求 1、计算机科学、软件工程或相关专业本科及以上学历，5 年以上扎实的 Java 开发经验，具备良好的面向对象编程思想，熟悉常用设计模式； 2、具备企业内部人力资源信息化系统开发经验，深度参与过 HRMS、考勤、薪酬、绩效管理、招聘等领域的项目并担任核心开发； 3、熟练掌握 Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis 等主流开源框架；精通 MySQL 等关系型数据库，具备良好的数据库设计能力和 SQL 优化经验； 4、熟悉 Redis、RabbitMQ/Kafka、Elasticsearch 等中间件的使用和原理；了解 Linux 操作系统，能使用常用命令进行部署和问题排查； 5、具备良好的业务理解能力、沟通能力和解决问题的能力，能准确将人事业务需求转化为技术方案，团队协作精神强； 6、有从 0 到 1 主导或核心参与搭建人事系统经验者优先；有权限系统（RBAC、SSO、统一身份认证）或流程引擎（Flowable、Activiti、Camunda 等）开发经验者优先；对领域驱动设计（DDD）有理论知识和落地经验、或有 Python 经验者优先。
