岗位职责： 1. 负责公司大小主题活动、节庆活动、年度大型活动等项目的全流程统筹，根据活动方案制定详细项目计划（场地、人员、物料、搭建、流程及现场资源等），明确分工及关键节点（Run-down、执行Checklist、应急预案），推动跨团队及部门的资源协同，保障项目保质保量落地 2. 沉淀公司活动标准、项目排期模板、Checklist、Run-down、预算模板、供应商库及复盘机制等标准化运营资产，融合 AI 工具，逐步建立可复制的员工活动运营机制，支持不同活动场景快速落地 3. 建立活动运营与复盘，持续跟踪参与率、到场率、满意度、活动成本等核心指标，通过数据及员工反馈评估活动效果，并推动后续活动持续优化 4. 协同活动创意进行相关活动预算及供应商工作，把控活动成本与交付风险，平衡创意效果与落地可行性 5. 完成交办的其他员工活动及员工服务相关工作，配合团队达成员工服务整体目标

任职要求（建议提供活动案例）： 1. 学历与经验：本科及以上学历，2-4年活动运营、活动项目管理、企业文化活动、品牌/市场活动等相关工作经验；有大型企业员工活动、企业内部活动或专业活动公司项目管理经验者优先 2. 核心能力： 1. 具备较强的项目管理与统筹能力，能够独立完成项目计划、任务拆解、节点管理、资源协调及现场交付； 2. 具备良好的跨部门沟通及资源整合能力，能够协调供应商、内部团队及相关职能部门推动项目落地； 3. 具备较强的风险意识及现场应变能力，提前识别项目风险，并在复杂/多任务场景下快速判断和解决问题； 4. 具备良好的成本意识和复盘意识，能够兼顾活动体验、执行质量及运营成本 3. 专业技能：熟练使用Excel、PPT、飞书、多维表格等办公及项目管理工具；能够使用AI工具辅助方案分析、项目管理及运营提效者优先 4. 职业素养：责任心强、执行力强、细致可靠，具备较好的抗压能力和团队协作精神；具备较强的Owner意识，对项目结果负责 5. 认同公司企业文化，助力提升员工福利体验
