The posting

岗位职责： 1. 协助负责员工旅游项目的日常运营，根据项目计划跟进各团期关键节点，包括人员变动、名单确认、出团准备及反馈收集等，及时识别进度异常并推动问题闭环，保障各团期按计划稳定交付 2. 负责旅游及其他员工服务项目的基础数据管理，做好收集/核对/更新/统计及归档，确保数据及时/准确/可追溯 3. 承接福利项目的基础咨询工作，按照既定规则和SOP及时响应员工问题，对于异常及超出标准范围的问题及时升级解决，积累案例库，保障员工服务体验 4. 服务类供应商的日常运营对接，跟进合同签署、付款请款、发票及相关资料收集归档，关键交付节点及服务进度，及时反馈异常 5. 主动使用 AI 及数字化工具辅助日常工作，包括信息整理、数据处理、项目跟进及问题分析等；能够识别重复性、高频工作中的提效机会，并尝试通过AI、飞书多维表格等工具优化工作方式 6. 完成交办的其他员工活动及员工服务相关工作，配合团队达成员工服务整体目标

任职要求： 1. 学历与经验：本科及以上学历；0-3年行政、运营支持、员工服务、旅游运营等相关经验，优秀应届毕业生亦可 2. 核心能力：具备较强的执行力、细节把控及基础数据处理能力，能够按照标准流程独立推进事项；时间节点和数据准确性敏感，能够支持多团期、多任务并行，并及时发现和反馈异常 3. 专业技能：熟练使用Excel、飞书、多维表格等工具，具备基础的数据整理、统计及报表制作能力；能够快速学习并使用公司内部BPM、旅游报名系统及员工服务工具；有AI办公工具使用经验加分 4. 职业素养：责任心强、细致可靠、有闭环意识和服务意识；面对大量重复性及细节型事务仍能保持稳定的交付质量，具备良好的沟通协调、抗压及团队协作能力，遵守公司各项规章制度 5. 认同公司企业文化，不局限于完成事务，能够主动发现执行过程中的重复问题及优化机会，有意愿逐步向员工服务项目运营方向发展
