岗位职责： 1. 负责平台系统架构的梳理，制定完善的系统搭建计划并跟进实施 2. 结合市场及用户反馈，分析系统现状，根据业务目标，推动产品优化 3. 及时监控线上数据，进行数据分析，跟进落地上线功能的不断迭代 4. 参与项目组内外沟通协作，协调其他职能，共同推进项目进度，确保产品按计划完成上线和迭代 5. 负责追踪市场竞品，时刻保持赛道敏感度，并对竞品进行整理和分析 任职要求： 1. 本科及以上学历，3年及以上系统策划经验，有大型平台或系统架构设计经验者优先。 2. 熟悉平台架构、技术方案及系统优化的基本原理。 3. 对棋牌玩法有深入了解和喜爱，能够理解棋牌用户需求，从用户角度进行系统设计与优化 4. 具备较强的需求分析能力，问题解决能力与跨部门沟通协作能力。 5. 具有强大的学习能力和意愿，能快速适应新的游戏风格和工作流程 6. 热爱游戏行业，对做出高品质游戏保持极高的热情和决心
