岗位职责： 1. 负责游戏的版本活动、商业化运营工作； 2. 负责撰写具体的功能策划案，并协调美术和程序制作，推动运营需求功能落地； 3. 根据不同产品阶段进行针对性的运营活动设计,达成产品每个运营阶段的目标，为流水负责; 4. 对商业化内容的线上数据进行分析，通过数据分析推动产品迭代； 任职要求： 1. 本科以上学历，3年以上游戏产品运营或商业化策划经验，有长线运营相关经验者优先；有捕鱼棋牌相关品类经验者优先； 3. 关注产品的用户体验，对数值敏感，对数据分析、商业化模型有独特见解； 4. 了解掌握游戏研发工作流程，对程序和美术的工作有一定了解； 5. 沟通表达能力好，逻辑思维能力强，能承受较强的工作压力，有责任心，自驱力强；
