一、岗位职责 1. 游戏安全攻防技术研究 - 分析游戏逻辑与协议漏洞，挖掘潜在安全风险并提供修复建议。 - 研究外挂原理及作弊手段，开发外挂检测与对抗方案，如逆向分析、动态调试及代码跟踪技术的应用。 - 针对移动端、PC端游戏场景，设计安全防护机制，包括客户端安全、协议加密及反调试策略。 2. 安全策略与方案落地 - 负责游戏业务安全风险评估，包括：账号安全（防盗号、防刷量）、支付安全，制定风险应对方案并推动跨团队执行。 - 优化安全数据埋点、策略规则及运营工具，提升作弊线索挖掘与分析效率。 - 参与安全平台核心能力建设，如设备指纹、隐私合规等技术在游戏场景的适配。 3. 团队协作与技术攻坚 - 对接业务团队与安全支撑团队，推动安全方案落地并监控效果，持续优化迭代。 - 主导复杂安全问题的技术攻关，如DMA外挂对抗、新型漏洞利用的防御。 - 可能涉及团队管理或技术方向规划，需8年以上行业经验或2年以上团队管理经验。 二、任职要求 1. 技术能力 - 编程语言与开发技术：熟练掌握C/C++语言及面向对象开发，熟悉Windows或Android/iOS系统原理。 - 逆向与调试技术：精通IDA Pro、OllyDbg等工具，具备移动端（如：ARM架构）逆向分析能力。 - 安全攻防经验：熟悉游戏外挂类型（如辅助插件、协议篡改）及反作弊机制，有漏洞挖掘或安全开发经验者优先。 2. 学历与经验 - 本科及以上学历，计算机、信息安全等相关专业，能力突出者可放宽学历要求。 - 8年以上大中型互联网或游戏公司安全相关经验，需具备团队管理或项目负责人经验。 3. 综合素养 - 逻辑思维与问题分析能力：能通过数据驱动定位安全问题，制定科学应对策略。 - 沟通与协作能力：需跨部门推动方案落地，具备良好的表达与团队合作意识。 - 行业敏感度：持续关注游戏安全动态及攻防技术趋势，对新玩法与作弊手段有洞察力。
