岗位职责 - 独立负责游戏战斗系统的框架设计、手感调优与战斗数值平衡 - 输出可落地的战斗策划案（含原始设计、特效、音效需求），并跟进程序、美术、QA全流程落地 - 建立角色、武器、技能等模块化核心模型，支持版本后续迭代与更新 - 基于数据与玩家录像持续优化战斗节奏与平衡性，主动推动验证与优化 - 研究行业头部产品战斗表现，输出可落地的改进方案

任职要求 - 3年及以上战斗策划经验，至少1款小游戏或日活10w+产品完整上线经验 - 熟练使用Excel/Python进行数值辅助，独立调通战斗公式与成长曲线 - 熟悉Unity、TimeLine等基础工具，能精确描述并验收需求细节 - 对肉鸽、割草、塔防、背包等短局玩法有深度体验，能快速提炼核心爽点 - 逻辑清晰、沟通高效，具备Owner意识，能在高压下推动跨部门资源按期交付
