【招募职位】 数据与生产运维工程师

【岗位职责】 1. 负责行情、委托成交、新闻等线下数据加工，基于 Airflow 设计并维护调度任务，覆盖采集、清洗、校验、计算、落库和下游交付，保证研究口径与生产口径一致。 2. 保障生产任务在保障时间准时完成，处理任务依赖、失败重试、补数和历史回溯；对缺失、延迟、异常值和跨源不一致建立检查与告警，并推动修复。 3. 负责线上生产流程的日常运维，覆盖盘前准备和盘后结算，确保交易相关链路稳定可用。 4. 监控生产任务与交易程序运行状态，及时发现并处理突发状况，按预案处置并同步负责人，保障当日生产正常进行。 5. 交易日盘前到岗值守；盘后复盘任务执行、数据质量和故障原因，推动问题闭环。 6. 使用 Python、Shell 编写自动化脚本，辅助日志分析、巡检、发布和故障定位；梳理上下游依赖，沉淀技术文档与操作手册。 7. 配合策略版本发布和系统升级，评估变更影响，控制上线风险。

【任职要求】 1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业。 2. 熟练使用 Python（pandas）处理数据，熟悉 Linux 环境下的 Shell 操作。 3. 具备 Airflow 或其他调度工作流框架使用经验，了解任务编排、调度依赖、失败重试。 4. 责任心强，做事细致，为人踏实，风险意识好，能接受交易日盘前到岗及生产值班。

【加分项】 1. 有 Docker、Git 等工具的使用经验。 2. 有量化交易系统的开发或运维经验。 3. 有软件系统测试经验，能发现流程和数据中的边界问题。
