The posting

岗位职责： 1、负责海外棋牌游戏的创意输出，能独立完成原创和迭代的创意内容，包括不限于2D玩法、休闲玩法、试玩素材、真人实拍、前贴素材等创意脚本的输出; 2、熟悉主流广告平台，对广告素材CPI/次留/IPM等数据指标有较高敏感度，从数据角度出发，分析并优化广告创意; 3、把控素材整体节奏，结合产品调性和受众特征，探索爆款素材给到产品借鉴调优; 4、了解行业动向和前沿趋势，实时关注竞争对手，并进行拆解和策略分析; 5、具备良好的沟通能力，能够与投放、设计师、项目组、编导保持日常的沟通协作。

任职要求： 1、3年及以上海外游戏创意经验，有团队管理经验优先。过程主导过成功出海产品的创意全案，有东南亚、台湾、中东等重点区域成功案例优先； 2、具备产出爆款买量广告的能力，曾在过往买量广告岗位中取得Top3的成绩排名优先； 3、熟悉海外视频平台的内容调性和热点，对素材原创、迭代、数据总结，前期创意有清晰认知； 4、能独立负责1～3个产品的全部创意内容，结果论导向，持续探索爆款素材; 5、统招本科及以上，动画/广告/艺术/传播等相关专业优先； 6、有较强的执行力、自主学习能力及抗压能力，可以乐观面对工作的挑战。
