财务负责人 岗位职责 1. 体系搭建与闭环：从 0 到 1 搭建私募基金管理人完整的财税管理体系，涵盖账务核算、资金收付、税务管理、合规报送、风险自查全链路，形成可复用、可审计的标准化闭环流程。 2. 全盘账务与报表：独立负责管理人全盘账务核算、月度 / 年度结账与财务报表出具，统筹各项运营费用归集、核算与分析，确保账实相符、口径统一。 3. 税务全流程管理：完成全税种纳税申报、发票管理、税务备案及税收优惠申请，对接税务机关处理涉税事项与稽查应对，持续优化税务成本。 4. 监管报送与合规：负责管理人工商年报、变更登记，以及中基协、监管机构各类财税信息的定期报送与专项报送；常态化开展私募财税合规自查，搭建并维护全套合规台账，推动风险闭环整改。 5. AI 工具落地：主动运用 AI 工具（智能记账、票据识别、自动申报、智能报表、合规问答等）实现财税工作的自动化与半自动化，提升人效，确保一人可闭环管理人全量财务事项。

任职要求 1. 财会、税务、审计等相关专业，重点院校本科及以上学历，硕士优先；具备 CPA、税务师、中级会计师等证书者优先。 2. 5 年以上私募基金管理人 / 券商资管 / 信托等资管行业财税实操经验，独立负责或主导过财税体系从 0 到 1 搭建、流程重构或系统上线经验。 3. 精通私募证券基金全税种政策（含增值税、所得税、印花税、个税代扣代缴等），能独立完成全盘账务、税务筹划、合规台账搭建与风险应对。 4. 熟练使用主流 AI 工具（如大模型、智能财税 SaaS、OCR 票据识别、RPA 等）辅助财务工作，有将 AI 工具落地到记账、报税、报表、合规等具体场景并提升人效的实际经验；不满足于 "用 Excel 手工做表"，具备主动工具化、流程化思维。 5. 严谨细致、合规意识强，能独立对接税局、工商、中基协等外部机构；具备强自驱力与闭环思维。
