岗位职责： 1、负责游戏客服产品的规划与迭代，覆盖玩家入口、会话工作台、接待分配等，推进相关能力的自研与迁移； 2、负责智能客服机器人及 AI Agent 产品，围绕玩法、活动、账号、充值等高频咨询，设计意图识别、多轮对话、自助查询及人工转接策略，提升机器人有效解决率； 3、建设 AI 坐席辅助能力，结合玩家信息和历史会话，落地话术推荐、会话摘要、服务小记及工单信息预填，提升回复准确性与接待效率，支持 VIP 差异化服务； 4、负责游戏知识库与 RAG 应用建设，完善知识采集、审核、更新及失效机制，优化知识召回与答案生成，保证回答与游戏版本、活动及渠道规则一致； 5、建立 AI 效果评测与迭代机制，通过历史会话、线上反馈和人工复核定位问题，持续优化 Prompt、检索及对话策略，跟踪回答准确性、机器人有效解决率和玩家满意度； 6、深入客服与游戏运营场景，通过用户调研和数据分析确定需求优先级，协同研发、算法及运营团队推进上线，持续验证产品效果。 岗位要求 1、本科及以上学历，3 年及以上互联网产品经验，有客服系统或会话产品经验，能独立负责核心模块的规划、设计与落地； 2、有智能问答、AI Agent 或坐席辅助产品的实际落地经验，理解大模型、RAG、Prompt、多轮对话及工具调用的基本机制，能结合业务场景设计可实施的方案； 3、熟悉 AI 产品评测方法，能建设评测样本、制定验收标准，并根据错误案例区分知识、检索、生成和流程问题，推动针对性优化；
