岗位职责： 1、负责产品全流程测试工作，参与需求分析、PRD评审，制定测试计划，编写测试方案，设计高质量测试用例； 2、主导大型ERP、业财一体化系统财务模块测试工作，覆盖核算、结算、往来对账、总账、税务等核心财务业务场景，校验业务逻辑准确性，保障业务流程闭环、财务数据精准无误； 3、执行产品功能、性能、自动化测试，落地测试用例，提交缺陷单，持续跟进缺陷闭环与回归验证； 4、分析测试过程中的问题，联动开发、产品团队对齐解决方案，推动问题闭环，保障版本高质量上线，提升产品交付效率； 5、沉淀测试问题库，梳理财务场景测试难点，输出测试优化建议，持续提升测试质量与测试效率。 任职要求： 1、统招一本及以上学历； 2、具备财务业务知识：有金蝶、用友、SAP、Oracle等大型ERP财务模块测试经验优先；有互联网/企业服务行业业财系统、结算系统、对账平台、财务核算系统测试经验优先；有财务意向转测试亦可优先； 3、能够独立完成测试方案、测试用例、测试报告等测试文档编写； 4、熟悉完整软件测试流程，熟练使用JIRA、禅道等缺陷管理工具； 5、具备良好的沟通协调能力、较强的责任心、团队协作意识，自驱力强，结果导向； 6、掌握Selenium、LoadRunner等测试工具，具备自动化测试经验者优先； 7、了解SQL数据库，能够独立编写SQL核查财务数据者优先； 8、具备财务做账、财税实操、财务信息化相关工作背景优先；熟悉财务报表、月末结账、税务申报相关业务流程者优先。
