岗位职责 1.跟进捕鱼产品线重点项目、版本迭代工作，完成信息汇总、会议跟进、待办追踪、阶段性复盘，推动重点事项闭环； 2.维护项目排期、任务台账、风险清单，协同研发、策划、美术、测试、运营跨团队推进落地，保障项目迭代稳定可追溯； 3.负责周报/双周报/月报、经营复盘、专项汇报材料的信息整理、初稿撰写，助力管理层掌握项目整体情况； 4.跟踪国内捕鱼赛道竞品动态，整理版本、活动、商业化相关案例分析，为业务决策提供参考； 5.参与项目 SOP、案例库、知识库搭建，推动项目工作机制化运转；深度参与专项攻坚，逐步建立完整的项目业务认知； 任职要求 1.本科及以上学历，专业不限，管理学、新闻传播、游戏相关专业优先； 2.较强结构化思维与文字功底，可独立输出纪要、复盘、专项梳理类材料； 3.热爱游戏，了解休闲 / 捕鱼类赛道优先；有游戏项目助理、PMO、经营支持、业务协同相关经验加分； 4.年相关工作经验，多线程处理事务，具备良好优先级管理能力； 5.执行力强，注重细节，保密意识强，抗压能力好，擅长跨团队沟通协作； 6.熟悉捕鱼、国内休闲游戏市场者优先。
