岗位职责： 深入理解业务需求，可以从业务实际使用出发，设计数据模型（预算、素材、投放计划、游戏等主题），支撑日常报表与专题分析。 负责ETL开发与数据分层建设（ODS→DWD→DWS），保证数据准确易用。 协同分析师完成业务取数、指标核对、异常归因。 维护数据字典与口径规范，减少理解偏差。 任职要求： 3年以上数仓或数据分析经验，熟悉SQL（窗口函数、复杂查询），熟悉spark、hive、flink、starrocks中的一种或几种。 掌握维度建模，能独立设计业务数据模型。理解常见业务指标（DAU、GMV、留存、转化漏斗等）。 具备业务敏感度，能主动发现数据问题并推动解决。 有AI使用经验优先。
