最后，如果你拥有足够自驱力、具有足够强的应变能力、学习能力，欢迎加入！ 岗位职责： 1. 负责与主美、程序部门沟通，确认输出特效格式和规范； 2. 协助完成和优化特效外包的对接及优化； 3. 参与对产品相关的特效资源做出合理的优化，使玩家获得良好的交互体验。 4. 协助主美完善特效方案。

任职要求: 1. 全日制统招专科或以上学历，专业美术院校毕业优先； 2. 5年以上特效工作经验，风格多样化。 3. 能够胜任3D(unity+3Dmax)，同时对AE特效有一定的了解研究； 4. 熟练使用unity引擎制作特效，完全掌握粒子系统、trail组件，能独立完成特效所需的shader制作； 5. 熟练使用ps、ae、flash等软件产出所需的特效素材； 6. 可以通过手绘设计特效效果优先考虑。 7. 具有优秀的色感、节奏感，有自己的审美体系，对Solot游戏有一定得了解和独特得见解。 8. 具有较强的沟通能力，执行能力和问题解决能力。
