岗位定位 深入理解目标市场及核心用户，通过用户研究、分层运营和数据洞察，持续沉淀对用户需求、行为和偏好的认知，并将用户洞察转化为可落地的产品、内容及运营建议。 同时负责核心付费用户的持续经营，对核心用户充值、付费活跃、关系维护及用户稳定性等结果负责，并结合用户需求和付费行为，持续挖掘用户价值提升机会。

岗位职责 1、用户研究与洞察 - 建立并持续完善用户画像和分层体系，系统理解不同用户的行为、付费习惯、游戏偏好及核心需求。 - 独立开展用户访谈、焦点访谈、问卷调研等研究，结合用户反馈与数据分析，形成对主题、玩法、用户需求及产品方向的有效洞察，并转化为产品和运营建议。 2、核心付费用户经营 - 负责核心付费用户的分层运营、日常维护及关系经营，对核心用户充值、付费活跃、留存稳定性等结果负责。 - 持续关注用户付费变化、流失风险及潜在需求，制定针对性的运营策略，并将核心用户反馈及时反哺产品及运营决策。 3、用户价值提升 - 结合用户分层、付费行为及用户需求，参与礼包、活动、付费内容等策略的设计与优化。 - 持续关注不同用户群体的付费表现和运营效果，挖掘新的用户需求及价值提升机会，在兼顾用户体验的基础上提升用户长期价值。 4、支持产品规划与用户增长 - 与策划、数据、市场等团队协作，将用户研究、核心用户反馈及业务数据串联起来，为主题选型、玩法设计、产品体验及版本规划提供依据。 - 关注新用户到活跃、深度及付费用户的成长链路，识别关键转化问题并推动优化，帮助业务持续拓展用户规模。

任职要求 1、5年以上游戏用户运营、核心用户运营、用户研究或策略运营相关经验，有核心付费用户运营经验优先；211本科及以上； 2、熟悉用户画像、用户分层、访谈、问卷等用户研究方法，能够独立完成从问题定义、研究分析到结论落地的完整闭环； 3、具备较强的数据敏感度和用户价值意识，能够结合充值、活跃、留存、付费行为等数据发现问题并制定运营策略； 4、具备较强的业务理解、产品意识和推动力，能够将用户洞察转化为产品及运营建议，并推动跨团队落地； 5、有棋牌、休闲、社交娱乐、Casino/Social Casino 或海外游戏经验优先；有中东、北非市场经验优先。

加分项 1、有棋牌、休闲游戏、社交娱乐或综合游戏平台用户运营经验。 2、有从0到1搭建核心用户、社群、CRM 或用户研究体系的成功经验。 3、能使用 SQL 完成基础数据提取，或具备高价值用户精细化运营经验。
