岗位职责 1. 负责游戏实机玩法演示视频、角色 / 版本登场 PV 等全品类宣发视频的策划与制作，覆盖版本上线、角色登场、玩法更新等核心营销场景。 2. 独立完成宣发视频的创意脚本撰写与分镜构思，提炼游戏玩法亮点、角色特色与世界观卖点，把控影片叙事逻辑与视听节奏。 3. 运用 AI 视频工具生成 PV、玩法预演相关的创意视频素材，对 AI 产出内容进行筛选、优化与二次加工，结合后期制作整合为完整成片。 4. 负责视频后期全流程制作，包含剪辑、特效包装、动态字幕、画面调色、音效配乐适配，输出适配各平台规格的最终宣发物料。 5. 配合项目宣发节点与版本节奏，跟进需求迭代优化视频内容，保障物料按时保质交付；沉淀宣发制作与 AI 视频生产的标准化工作流。 任职要求 1. 工作经验要求：2 年及以上游戏宣发视频、品牌广告、动漫 PV 相关领域制作经验；拥有至少 3 支正式对外发布的游戏角色 PV、版本短片或实机玩法演示类视频作品，有游戏公司内部宣发岗、游戏影视外包团队从业经验者优先。 2. 具备独立的脚本策划与分镜构思能力，可根据需求输出宣发视频的创意脚本、镜头分镜方案，对镜头语言、叙事节奏有扎实把控。 3. 熟悉游戏宣发视频创作全流程，能精准提炼游戏玩法、角色亮点与产品核心卖点，通过视频语言匹配目标用户审美与传播需求。 4. 精通 PR、AE、PS 等后期制作软件，具备成熟的剪辑、合成、调色、音频处理能力，画面审美与质感把控能力达标。 5. 具备 AI 视频工具实操经验，能够使用 AI 工具产出 PV、玩法演示类视频素材，并完成后期优化与整合落地，有实际项目落地经验优先。 6. 具备良好的沟通协作能力与执行力，可适配项目节点的加急需求，稳定输出高质量宣发物料。 加分项 - 熟练使用 Unity Timeline，有引擎内动作 / 特效轨道时序编排、节奏调校、渲染输出宣发素材经验优先 - 熟悉 Maya、Blender、C4D 等 3D 美术软件，了解三维动画制作相关流程优先 - 有成熟游戏品牌 PV、大型版本宣传片全流程独立制作经验优先 - 有二次元 / 国风 / 写实类中重度游戏宣发视频经验，有爆款宣发视频案例优先 - 了解游戏宣发渠道规则，有买量素材、社媒短视频矩阵制作经验优先 - 有宣发视频生产流程搭建、素材库沉淀经验优先
