岗位职责： 1. 负责棋牌休闲类游戏的相关系统、玩法、数值、界面及交互等内容的设计； 2.负责跟踪分析产品数据，通过挖掘用户需求，持续优化迭代功能玩法。 3.负责竞品玩法和数据的收集、整理、分析及跟踪，具有市场洞察力。 4.协助项目进度推进，协调程序/美术/产运资源，推动需求落地。

任职资格： 1.本科及以上学历； 2.3年以上游戏行业策划工作经验，至少参与过一款线上的棋牌游戏产品研发； 2.有参与一款项目从0到1的开发经验，且该项目运营数据良好优先; 3. 优秀的逻辑分析能力，自驱能力强，有数据分析能力者优先。
