1. 岗位职责： （1）调研海外 Slot 游戏的主流玩法、数值心流，完成竞品的整理与分析工作。 （2）主导 slots 机台的数值设计，保障游戏产品按既定进度顺利开发。 （3）依据策划功能要求开展精细化数值设计，将数值合理分配至各 feature games，输出 RTP、hit rate 以及波动等相关参数。 （4）配合游戏运营工作，通过挖掘用户需求优化提升用户体验，推动游戏实现持续稳定的版本迭代。 （5）熟悉 AI 应用，紧跟行业趋势开展深入探索，协助梳理沉淀数值设计、制作经验，搭建并持续迭代相关知识库。

2. 任职要求： （1）熟知国内外休闲棋牌市场，1~3 年以上包含但不限于休闲棋牌和 Slot 游戏数值策划经验。 （2）熟悉游戏数值架构，精通策划设计原理，掌握成熟的设计方法论。 （3）熟练使用 Excel 等工具，至少掌握一项编程语言，能独立完成项目内的数值设计。 （4）具备产品全局意识，有良好的数据分析以及总结和规划能力，能自主提出数值优化建议。 （5）拥有优秀的逻辑思维能力与数据分析能力，具备良好的沟通表达能力与抗压能力。
