写在前面 我们正在筹备一座游戏美术馆，位于上海，由安藤忠雄设计，总建筑面积约 12,000 平方米。 这是一座以电子游戏文化为核心方向的美术馆。我们希望把“游戏”从日常消费与娱乐经验中重新提出来，将它视为一种能够表达思想、塑造经验、反映时代的文化形式，并让它进入被理解、被呈现、被研究、被记录与被传承的公共视野。 在这里，我们展示的不是艺术品，也不只是游戏硬件；而是围绕游戏所生成的经验、情感、记忆与共鸣，是对游戏想象力与创造力的赞美，也是对游戏背后文化结构、体验方式与价值意义的持续思考。 因此，我们正在寻找的，不是传统意义上的运营总监，而是愿意共同从0-1搭建这座美术馆的伙伴。我们的内容研究与沉淀进度已80%，现希望组建一个共创型运营团队，一起完成从内容到实体的落地。

岗位职责 1. 筹备期 - 全面统筹：统筹游戏美术馆的筹开工作，制定筹开规划、项目时间表及预算方案；制定商业策略，与集团财务测算并搭建经营模型；调动内外部各方按照项目目标及计划节点推进落地； - 场馆施工：统筹美术馆装修施工，协调内容&策展团队、集团工程部、施工及监理等，确保工程按节点推进。 - 运营筹备：负责美术馆的商业空间规划、票务系统搭建、机构设立、运营团队搭建与培训等。 2. 运营期 - 场馆运营：统筹场馆日常运营、设施维护及观众服务管理，配合策展团队确保临展和公共项目落地；建立并迭代运营 SOP，推动馆内流程标准化、数据化。 - 商业运营：票务管理、商业运营、文创产品开发、IP 授权、商业合作等。 - 资源合作与品牌传播：负责拓展并维护外部合作关系，整合行业资源；建立品牌传播矩阵，制定宣传推广策略，配合展览节奏输出传播内容，塑造美术馆品牌形象，提升曝光度与品牌认知。

任职要求 1. 基本前提：对游戏美术馆项目及游戏/艺术行业有热爱和使命感，愿意长期投入，具备较强的抗压能力和开拓创新精神。 2. 教育背景：全日制本科及以上学历，具备 8-10 年以上相关工作经验。 3. 开馆筹备经验：具备 0-1 美术馆 / 博物馆筹开及运营经验，拥有多家 / 成功经验者优先；具备经营思维，对美术馆/博物馆筹开、场馆运营、商业运营、品牌传播有系统化专业认知。 4. 项目管理能力：能基于项目定位、现状等 倒排时间节点，明确关键里程碑；能统筹事务性工作有序推进，推动关键决策并落地；能有效协调内外部角色、资源，处理冲突与卡点支持项目推进。 5. 语音及资源整合能力：英文无障碍交流，能与国外设计师、顾问、参展方、艺术家、合作方顺畅沟通，具备资源整合与商务谈判能力。 6. 加分项：理解游戏文化、玩家群体、游戏开发流程或行业生态者优先，有 AI 应用经验者优先
