岗位职责 1. 独立负责 1-2 款小游戏的全链路创意内容管理，从创意构思、分镜绘制到落地跟进全流程把控。 2. 聚焦小游戏赛道，独立完成原创创意脚本撰写，结合 AI 技术与工具做分镜设计定素材主基调，通过 AI 赋能提升创意产出效率与质量； 3. 结合主流广告平台规则与逻辑，对广告素材 ROI、付费成本等核心数据指标高度敏感，拆解素材表现，从数据维度指导创意优化方向，实现素材效果最大化； 4. 实时追踪游戏行业前沿趋势，对头部竞品素材进行拆解、策略分析，提炼可复用的创意方法论。 任职要求 1. 本科及以上学历，5年及以上游戏工作经验，国内海外都有相关行业经验加分，在过往公司绩效排名TOP3优先； 2. 熟练使用 AI 可视化制作工具，能运用AI工具可视化的呈现最终的素材效果，支持视频制作与平面分镜输出，具备动画分镜创作能力者优先； 3. 结果导向思维突出，具备较强的数据思维与分析能力，能够总结素材迭代规律，输出可落地的创意优化方案； 4. 具备良好的跨职能沟通协作能力，与投放团队、设计师、项目组及素材供应商高效协同，推动创意方案落地执行； 5. 深度热爱游戏行业，思维活跃，对网络热点具备敏锐嗅觉，能够快速将热点与创意结合，产出符合用户偏好的广告内容。
