岗位定位 负责办公职场空间、工位、资产、工程维修及EHS安全合规等综合运营管理，通过建立标准化、精细化的管理体系，持续优化空间与资源配置，保障职场设施稳定、安全、合规运行；同时推动空间及工位管理数字化建设，不断提升职场运营效率、资源利用率与员工办公体验。 岗位职责 1、空间与工位管理：负责办公空间规划与日常运营，统筹功能布局、动线优化、人员搬迁及工位调配；完善空间及工位管理标准、资源台账与巡检机制，持续提升空间利用率，推进工位管理数字化建设。 2、资产与物资管理：负责固定资产、办公物资及库房的规范化管理，完善相关管理流程，做好资产全生命周期管理、盘点及台账维护，持续优化资产配置与物资管理，提升资源使用效率。 3、工程改造与维修管理：负责办公区域小型装修、局部改造及空间优化项目，统筹需求对接、施工协调、进度管控及验收闭环；负责日常零星维修及现场问题整改，协调物业及供应商及时解决职场环境问题，保障办公环境稳定运行。 4、职场安全与合规管理：负责职场EHS、消防及安全合规相关工作，落实日常检查、隐患排查及整改闭环；参与应急预案、演练及突发事件处置，保障职场安全、合规运行。 任职要求 1、本科及以上学历，5以上职场运营、行政设施、空间运营或物业设施管理相关经验，有中大型企业总部、办公楼或园区工作经验者优先。 2、具备办公空间规划、工位及资产管理经验，有人员搬迁、工位调整、办公空间优化等实际项目经验者优先。 3、具备一定的工程及设施管理能力，能够独立推进小型装修、空间改造、日常维修及供应商协同工作。 4、了解EHS、消防及职场安全合规管理，具备相关工作经验或专业资质者优先。 5、具备良好的数据分析、沟通协调、项目推进及现场问题解决能力；有空间、工位或资产数字化系统使用及运营经验者优先。
