工作职责： 1.负责波克游戏业务安全相关数据统计、分析、挖掘工作。 2.通过玩家画像、行为轨迹、团伙关系等方式，采用机器学习等AI技术对游戏内作弊行为进行监控和对抗。 3.持续跟踪AI大模型在安全领域的前沿进展，不断探索新的算法和模型架构，提升安全模型的对抗能力。 4.与产品、运营、数据等团队紧密合作，帮助优化业务决策过程。

任职要求： 1.掌握数据分析方法，熟练使用SQL、Python等数据分析工具，有较好的数据敏感度和洞察力。具备一定的代码开发能力，至少能熟练掌握一门C++/Java等面向对象编程语言。 2.深入理解包括但不限于xgboost、lstm、gcn等机器学习算法，熟悉深度学习框架，对大模型和AI技术应用落地有强烈好奇心，能通过数据挖掘有效识别游戏安全领域各类作弊风险（如黑产工作室、脚本外挂、经济安全等）并进行打击和风险控制。 3.2年以上黑灰产对抗、反作弊等相关领域工作经验。 4.热爱游戏，有棋牌，mmo等相关安全工作经验。 5.具备优秀的洞察力、问题分析能力、缜密的逻辑推理能力和证据情报收集判断能力，具备较强的沟通和团队协作能力。
