岗位职责： 1. 负责管理游戏开发项目进度，包括从项目启动到上线期间全流程的规划排期和落地跟进，保证项目按期交付； 2. 负责对项目开发过程中的风险进行识别、分析、管控，评估风险并提出解决方案，推进风险问题解决； 3. 负责组织部门沟通会议，如立项会、复盘会、风险会等，保持项目相关方之间的及时且高效的信息同步； 4. 负责对项目现有流程、效率、质量问题进行诊断和优化，并推动管理方案的落地、实施、监控； 5. 参与项目关键决策的前期讨论，在目标不清、方案风险高或节奏不可控时，能够主动识别并向制作人及核心成员反馈问题与风险，并推动对齐与调整； 6. 在项目压力较大阶段，协助建立稳定的沟通节奏与工作预期，减少无效内耗 7. 定期复盘团队产出效能，整理团队数据，输出可视化的团队与项目状态报告，汇报给制作人 8. 选择合适方式和工具管理组织过程资产，包括针对项目文档、资源、规范和标准、项目阶段产出物、团队知识库的管理

任职资格： 1. 独立主导过完整的项目管理周期，熟悉高频迭代与不确定环境者优先； 2. 本科及以上学历，985/211高校毕业优先； 3. 具备良好的统筹、沟通和组织协调能力； 4. 有较强的逻辑分析能力，有一定的抗压能力；
