岗位职责： 1. 负责对齐数据埋点规范并落地，构建数据看板与监控体系，保障数据准确性与时效性； 2. 负责搭建数据指标体系，监控核心指标，配合策划驱动游戏指标达标，及时定位数据异常并输出归因分析； 3. 设计A/B测试与效果评估，驱动产品迭代、用户增长及商业化策略优化； 4. 对用户行为进行专项深度分析，协助制定风控策略、提炼可落地的运营方案； 5. 分析国内外游戏市场趋势，评估细分赛道机会，输出数据模型支持制作人决策

任职资格： 1. 本科及以上学历，游戏行业数据分析、数据挖掘、风控相关工作5年以上经验； 2. 熟练掌握数据分析必备技能：SQL/Python/R语言等 3. 逻辑思维能力强，有成熟的数据分析方法论，可以识别基础数据可靠性
