岗位职责： 1、负责Rouge割草/塔防类游戏的关卡设计和创意构思, 持续增强游戏新鲜感和可玩性; 2、在战斗/关卡方面有一定的理解,能够独立完成关卡设计与内容填充; 3、对关卡体验负责，能够对关卡内怪物设计、难度平衡、路线布怪、细节体验进行有效打磨; 4、对市面流行游戏积极尝试, 有充足的游戏阅历和经验;

任职要求： 1、985/211 本科及以上学历, 3年以上核心关卡策划工作经验； 2、参与制作过成功上线的国内或海外中重度游戏产品, 有肉鸽/割草/塔防/MMO类经验优先; 3、非常熟悉研发开发流程，能高效推进功能落地, 保障完成品质； 4、沟通表达能力好, 逻辑思维能力强, 具备团队合作意识和学习能力； 5、热爱游戏, 非常喜欢玩游戏, 玩过很多游戏，享受制作游戏的过程；
